Daniel Defoe’s Robinson Crusoe “ I am cast upon a horrible, desolate island, void of all hope of recovery. I am singled out and separated, as it were, from all of the world, to be miserable. I am divided from mankind, a solitary; one banished from human society. I have no soul to speak to or to relieve me”

Organisations with inclusive cultures outperform those that don’t. Simple as!

Rethinking cultures for us is about two things really.

• Raising awareness
• Taking action

We support organisations through:

• Group and individual coaching sessions to raise awareness of biases, challenge behaviours in a psychological safe environment. If your organisation truly believes in an inclusive culture that mirrors your diverse client base then this is for you. Expect positive disruption in service of changing paradigms.

• Setting up BAME Cafes – where the focus is on creating a safe haven to talk and share experiences; Reflecting on and gaining confidence in finding your voice; ensuring that every member of staff feels inclusion, equity and belonging; co creating the vision and purpose of the cafes and identifying where positive action can be called for and accountability to change expected
