In response to Covid -19 at the start of 2020 we developed a suite of downloadable tools and exercises to support individuals increase their resilience and wellbeing. In just 3 months, these tools were downloaded over 30,000 times by NHS and Key workers we want to continue to support those who need it, so will continue providing the toolkit for free to those who need it.
